Karl Rominger

Karl Rominger is a Carlisle based attorney who practices throughout Pennsylvania. He has handled many major civil and criminal cases, including death penalty defenses, large personal injury settlements, as well as contested divorces, custody matters, and many other legal matters. He also advises and represents many small businesses and restaurants.
He has many jury trials to his credit. He has argued appeals before the Superior Court, The Commonwealth Court and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Rominger has appeared in the courts of dozens of Pennsylvania counties, including all of Central Pennsylvania, as well as Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
He is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He has taught Continuing Legal Education courses to other lawyers on Trial Advocacy, and has helped teach DUI law to police officers.

Vincent Monfredo

Vincent Monfredo is a Carlisle based attorney who practices throughout Pennsylvania. He has handled many cases including constitutional violations, personal injury, family law cases and criminal law cases.
Prior to Rominger & Associates he interned at the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office, and the Criminal Appeals Division of Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.
He received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration at Nazareth College of Rochester in 2004, and received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2007. During his time there, he was a member and treasurer of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society. Vincent resides in Dauphin County.

Eric David

Eric David is a Carlisle based attorney who practices throughout Pennsylvania. He has handled many cases which include criminal defense cases, civil litigation, municipal and land issues, as well as environmental issues.

Drew Deyo

Drew Deyo is a Carlisle based attorney who practices throughout Pennsylvania. He has handled many cases including family law and criminal law.
He is a 2005 graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College with a General Studies degree. He then graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2007 from King College in Bristol Tennessee, where he dual majored in Political Science and History, while minoring in Business Administration and Economics. He was also the Political Science Student of the Year award winner. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2010. While there, he was on the Ruth Baker Moot Court Team, editor of the yearbook on Arbitration and Mediation Law Journal, and tutored students in Civil Procedure. Drew resides in Cumberland County.

Robert Kulling

Robert Kulling is a Carlisle based attorney who practices throughout Pennsylvania. He has handled many family law and criminal law cases.
Before joining Rominger & Associates, he interned for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board in 2009 and the Widener Civil Law Clinic from 2009 to 2010.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Clarion University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a minor in Pre-Law. He also graduated Cum Laude and received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2010. Robert resides in York County, PA with his wife Amy.

Steven R. Snyder

Steve Snyder is based in both our Harrisburg and Carlisle offices. He is licensed to practice throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His practice includes civil litigation, personal injury, product liability, bankruptcy, wills, trusts, estates, unemployment compensation, social security disability, real estate, land use (including state and local subdivision and land development regulatory compliance, building code promulgation and compliance, and zoning law), residential and commercial construction, contracts, business start-ups, professional and medical malpractice, state and federal tax law (with specific expertise in state sales and use tax law and regulatory compliance nationwide) as well as legislative, regulatory, and administrative law representation.
Prior to joining Rominger & Associates, Steve had his own law practice in Harrisburg, PA. He also served as the Executive Director, Lobbyist and Chief Counsel for the Modular Building Systems Association, a national trade association representing the modular housing industry. Steve continues to represent both residential and commercial manufactures and contractors today. Snyder also served as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania State Senate Law and Justice Committee.
He has argued cases in the Pennsylvania Courts of Common Pleas throughout Central Pennsylvania and Philadelphia, as well as in the Federal Middle and Eastern District Courts of Pennsylvania, and in Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. Snyder has also argued cases in New Jersey Tax Court.
Steve graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2003. He Graduated in 1985 from Penn State University, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing.
